I requested a book/article from another library. How do I know when it is available?

Check on the status of requests for materials from other libraries in your library account. The length of time it takes to get an item from another library can range from 1-10 days. Most articles and book chapters will be received within 24 hours; books may take anywhere from two to ten days. You should receive an email notification when your item is available for pickup or download. If you haven't received an email, check your email's spam folder as emails from the library may be inadvertently marked as spam.
